Salary policy ensures the principles of performance, reasonableness, and motivation
In the policy, PEWC ensure the principles can reasonably reflect the work type, condition, occupation authority, expertise and performance to motivate employees to achieve high efficiency, quality and compensation.
Review and compare the internal salary with external market annually, PEWC review the salary to ensure the competitive.
Year-end bonus: Based on the performance of corporation, 1.5 months of salary is guaranteed .
Annual salary raising: The percentage of salary raising will be decided in the second half of year according to the operating performance, price level and related industry.
Employee bonus: A certain percentage will be allocated to employees if profitable.
Welfare
Group insurance:
PEWC and the Welfare Committee plan employee insurance, including life insurance, accident insurance, cancer insurance, medical insurance and critical illness insurance.
Regular health examination and activities:
Regular health examination help employees keep track of their health status, resident doctors are set up in the factory to provide medical consultation and health activities including blood donation are held to care for employees.
